IVth International Workshop Advances in Signal Processing for Non Destructive Evaluation of Materials

The question of processing of Non destructive evaluation (NDE) signals is of prime importance, it allows to assess material integrity and
quantify detected flaws with reliability. The scope of this Fourth International Workshop will be particularly focused on the
cross-fertilization of the fields of NDE and signal processing with participation of international specialists from both fields. Additionally,
the Workshop will be an opportunity to perform a reflection on recent developments and also analyze new emerging techniques which
are seen promising.
We recall that the First, Second and Third Workshops were held respectively in 1987, 1993 and 1997, all in Québec city.
The Fourth Workshop will be held in Aug. 2001.
As suggested by participants of the previous Workshop, for the coming edition of the Workshop, a special accent will be set on tutorial
sessions.
