successful candidate will have education related to non-destructive testing (math, sciences, basic physics) an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in leak testing that will allow for certification. Requires 5 or more years combined experience performing non-destructive examinations, a minimum of 2 years related to leak testing. The candidate must have basic knowledge of NDE certification programs, code requirements related to NDE and NQA-1 requirements. The candidate must have basic computer skills and have the ability to review, develop and approve NDE procedures

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, must demonstrate basic knowledge of most NDE methods. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong effective interpersonal business relationship with clients, management, peers and subordinates.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to be independent, reliable, be able to prioritize work, develop work schedules and coordinate with clients.
The candidate shall have the ability to coach, train and oversee projects for in-house development and for client projects.
The candidate must have good credit, good driving record and the ability to travel. The candidate must have a flexible schedule, lift up to 100 lbs. maintain a security clearance that permits access to nuclear power plants and DOE sites.
The full time position will require relocation to Orland FL.
