Our client is a major aerospace company that provides aircraft aluminum components to leading manufacturer throughout the world.
As a Level III Manager you will interpret codes, standards, and other contractual requirements related to nondestructive test technologies. Train subordinates in the use of NDT testing devices, methods and techniques.
Interface with customer and government representatives on Nondestructive Testing issues. Assist with investigative procedures related to customer complaints. Coordinate and manages customer-required manufacturing and quality certifications. Maintain department requirements in the areas of staffing, orientation and training, communications and compliance.
Provide training and expertise in statistical process control areas. Assist the plant manager and other in implementing statistical process control and total quality management and continuous improvement concepts and philosophies. Train and leads teams in implementing continuous improvement efforts.

Skills:
Level III UT, RT, MT, PT
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industrial experience. Courses in industrial management and other applied engineering sciences beneficial.
Strong leadership skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy (including familiarity with Windows-based word-processing, spreadsheet, database and graphics programs).
