As a NDE Technology Leader you will lead the NDE business and development of new and existing technology.

The successful candidate must be a team player and have a vision for future growth in the advanced NDE field and be able to develop and execute a strategy that will advance our clients technical capabilities in the areas of people, knowledge base, intellectual property, equipment, and vendor relationships.

Previous work experience or education should include a combination of theoretical and hands-on quality control or specific NDE training.

15+ years of relevant, applied R&D and industrial experience with direct manufacturing and NDE implementation in a selected industry sector such as energy and heavy manufacturing

Proficiency with advanced UT techniques. ET and RT a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A third party Level III UT or RT certification is desired.
