Immediate opening for highly experienced, multi-disciplined, certified NDT Technicians and Operators.
Scanner Technicians I, II, and III
Our Scanner Technicians provide an interface for the AUT Operator who conducts ultrasonic scans of girth-welds. The Scanner Technician makes adjustments to the ultrasonic scanner head as instructed by AUT Operators to ensure recognized standards are met. Scanner head maintenance and troubleshooting is required, using mechanical knowledge and skills.

Skills:
• Level 2 UT (3.1/3.2/3.8/3.9),MT,PT (certification a must)
• ACCP, CGSB, PCN, or AINDT Certifications(most desirable)
• Degree in Mechanical Eng./Electronic Eng., a plus
• Strong mechanical or electronic skills
• Experience with technical report writing
• Strong computer skills
• Manual hand scanning skills
• Ability to travel internationally/work offshore
• Offshore medical and survival certifications, a plus
