Coast to Coast NDE Services is an industry leader in Pipeline Integrity Inspections and Direct Examinations and has an opening for a self motivated, experienced candidate with ASNT Level III Certification.
Position: ASNT Level III, Corporate Level III (Full Time)
Duties:
1. Provide oversight of all NDE Personnel, Certifications & Training.
2. Create, maintain & Implement new and existing in-house NDE Training program & schedule.
3. Perform Classroom & on the job instruction and training in the NDE methods.
4. Provide creation, oversight, review, updating and implementation of new and existing Company Inspection Policies, Procedures, Standards and Codes.
5. Provide regular and non-scheduled site visits and audits of all staff NDE Technicians.
6. Provide on-site Sr. NDE Inspections per client needs and company direction.
7. Be or become proficient in all methods of inspection services that the company provides and be able to provide those services in an "on call" capacity.
8. Provide Staff NDE Technicians with inspection review, insight and solutions, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
Advanced UT Methods, Techniques & Equipment Services Provided by Coast to Coast NDE:
1. Automated Corrosion/Defect Mapping (AUT) utilizing AUT Solution’s Pro/Accu Scan System
2. Phased Array Defect Assessment utilizing the Olympus OMNISCAN PAUT System
3. Long Range Guided Wave utilizing the TELETEST Mach III System by Plant Integrity
4. Short Range Guided Wave utilizing the ISONIC 2006 System
Experience & Certifications Required/Desired:
1. ASNT/ACCP Level III in NDE Methods, UT & MT (Minimum)
2. Pipeline Integrity Inspection Experience desired
3. 10 + years of NDE Experience, required
4. 4 + years with ASNT Level III Certification, recommended
As the inspection documentation process is very computer intensive, candidate must have above average computer skills and understanding.
Additional training and certifications will be provided as needed to fulfill the inspection requirements desired by our clients. Coast to Coast desires to improve each and every technician’s abilities and will provide advanced NDE training in inspection techniques and corrosion education.
