MISTRAS Products & Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest territory. Candidates in OH, KY, IN, IL, and anywhere else in the Midwest will be considered.

DUTIES

• Selling Engineered Product Solutions to the Power Industry and other industries.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the midwest region (Minimum of 65% travel).
• Reach target selling budgets.
• Plan and execute a selling strategy.
• Develop and execute major account plans.
• Work with MISTRAS personnel to learn our technology and be able to demonstrate our equipment.
• Keep contact with customers- be their voice to headquarters.
• Assure that all customer communications, quotes, and proposals are top notch, timely, and professional.
• Keep our ISO-9001 quality focus on all Sales and Marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS

The Midwest Regional Sales Manager must have the following qualifications:
• Must have high initiative, high energy and intensity, and be capable of learning and leading.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
• Technical Product Marketing experience to the Power Industry and other industries.
• Knowledge and experience in selling solutions.
•Good planning, communication, and documentation (verbal and written) skills.
