One Senior, API Certified, NDT Technician Level II
Run and Maintain inspections and NDE, maintenance inspections, on-stream inspection, issuing recommendations, and following of repairs.

One Senior, API Certified, NDT Technician Level II
Run and Maintain inspections and NDE, maintenance inspections, on-stream inspection, issuing recommendations, and following of repairs.
Skills:
One senior level Inspector with Unit Inspector / Complex coverage experience that possesses a current API 510, API 653 OR API 570 certification. Additionally requires a minimum of 5 years experience since certification that is proficiently versed in Run and Maintain inspections and NDE, maintenance inspections, on-stream inspection, issuing recommendations, and following of repairs.
Familiarity with navigating inspection software databases like UltraPipe, ACET, and PCMS is required. Experience with coordination of on-stream personnel and daily NDE activities for maintenance inspection activities and TA scenarios a plus.
Minimum requirements are: Technically competent and knowledgeable in the application of the current inspection codes and petrochemical industry recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP).
Must possess the ability to maintain certifications and be certifiable to conventional NDE methods.
Must possess the ability to make reliability focused and cost effective recommendations for Suitability for Continued Service recommendations to the client.
Proficiency in technical report writing, the use of MS Word and Excel, the inclusion and editing of digital photos for use in repair recommendations and reporting required.
Candidate should be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude.
Pay is very competitive and commensurate with experience, including a generous benefits package.
DISA - Hair / Urine Drug Testing, Background Screening, and TWIC card is required and mandatory.
Will perform general PT, MT and UT inspections on pressure vessels, piping and standard petrochemical plant machinery at SABIC plant in Burkeville, AL.
1 Non API inspector Needed with 2+ years of NDT experience in the three disciplines and Level II certifications in at least 2 of the 3. Shearwave inspection experience is highly desired, but will consider candidates without it. No travel required. 40 hours per week with some OT.
