Position Summary Job Description:

Digital Radiographic Analyst

Location : Laporte Texas Internal job code 1434

Certifications
• SNT-TC-1A RT Level II
• ASNT Level III RT a plus
Education:
• Minimum High School or GED equivalent
Physical:
• Same as for standard RT examination, distance greyscale and color
Training:
• Radiographic Theory/Technique (no need for radiation safety, or source handling)
Minimum of 40 hours classroom/lab.
• Responsibilities to include
• Indication identification
Experience with
Weldments
Castings
Profile (wall thickness, corrosion, general observation)
Examination:
• General Radiographic Theory
• Specific (Welding, Casting, Profile) Indication identification
• Practical indication identification (welding, casting, profile)
Computer Skills

• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of computer networking
• Knowledge of data management/databases a plus.

Overall Training Hours
• 220 min hours of interpretation
• 1000 min radiographs reviewed.
