BRADKEN’s Foundry in Tacoma WA has immediate positions available for Certified Radiographers.
Candidate will have the responsibility of performing production radiography on steel and stainless steel castings and weldment utilizing radioactive isotopes and high energy X-Ray equipment in compliance with State of WA regulations, plant policy and procedures. Individual will review customer specification requirements and implement radiographic techniques on castings and weldments per customer requirements.

Skills:
Previous or current SNT-TC-1A level certification or equivalent such as NAS-410 or ANSI CP-189 Level I. Candidate must have strong mathematical skills including basic algebra, excellent oral and written communication, capable of passing a near vision (Jaeger 1) eye exam with corrected or uncorrected vision and a brightness discrimination exam. Knowledge of ASME Code and Military Specifications helpful as is familiarity with welding and metallurgy. IRRSP certification preferred. Must have the physical ability to work in a restricted radiation area.
