IRISNDT MATRIX is a full-service nondestructive testing and materials engineering company with 10 ofices in the US. We have an immediate opening for a Draftsman/AutoCAD Technician / Document Coordinator in the Terre Haute, IN area.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (or equivalent training) in the field of drafting
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Capable of walking down isometric and construction drawings in the field and generate isometric drawings based on the piping, tank and pressure vessel layouts
• Capable of generating field isometric sketches based on field verification of geometries and layouts
• Must be able to comply with all safe work practices
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and technical report writing skills
• Must be proficient in the use of personal computers, spreadsheets, word processing and databases
• Must possess good organizational skills and be able to manage a large number of tasks concurrently

• Position is for full-time work, for a 2 to 3 year term
• Candidate must live in or near Terre Haute, Indiana (or be willing to relocate)
• A personal vehicle is required to get to the work location (plant site) 10 minutes from Terre Haute
• Wages negotiable depending upon qualifications and experience
