MIT Internation is growing rapidly and we are currently looking to add to our inspection team. Candidates must be knowledgable and have experience in phased array and shear wave inspection. Must be able to provide the documentation to substantiate both the training and experience necessary for certification per SNT-TC-1A / CP-189.

This position is for offshore and onshore work.

Must have reliable transportation and willing to work nights and weekends if needed.

Educational Requirements or Experience:
•High School Diploma or GED

Certifications:
•Level II Phased Array
•Level II UT Shear Wave

Any other level 2 certifications and/or state card a plus.

Previous offshore experience is preferred.

Requirements:
•Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to keep accurate records.
•Ability to interpret written procedures, specifications and drawings.
•Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Physical Requirements:
•Standing, bending, sitting, lifting up to 50#, squatting and walking for 10 to 12 hours per day.

Safety Requirements:
•Must wear required personal protective equipment when in production areas.

Wages depends on experience.

Must have reliable transportation.
