Fab shops in Texas, Kansas, Mississippi and Louisiana need CWI/UT Shearvave inspectors for AWS D1.1 type inspections. Steady hours with O/T paid for more than 40 hrs. One inspector will be assigned to each of the shops, so no travel once on-site. One of the locations will have two shops nearby for plenty of work. Hourly rate plus $45/day (7 days) per diem and direct billed hotel plus mileage in and out at start and completion of work. Dont belly ache about the hourly rate. If you are used to working for $45 per hour, then just pass this one up. Need to be able to work alone, complete and submit weekly reports and get the job done.
