Position Title: Project Supervisor
Position Summary:
Project Manager provides onsite management of all day to day activities. PM is responsible for all onsite activities performed by employees of Mistras Group, Inc. Activities include but are limited to insuring all Mistras employees are in compliance with all Mistras Group policies and procedures. PM will have authority to represent Mistras Group on all staffing, provision of services, quality and safety issues.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
8 years or more of inspection experience
4 years or more of supervisory experience
Current API 510 certification
Ability to certify as a level II technician in RT, UT-T, MT, PT
Strong customer relation skills
Strong problem solving skills
PCMS/UltraPipe experience
Needs strong computer skills with the ability to compile KPI and performance metrics as well as extract data from large spreadsheets and worklists.
Ability to effectively plan inspection daily workscopes, one week and two week look-aheads, ability to forecast timelines and target dates for project completion estimates based on given workscopes.
Minimum Requirements:
Exceptional safety record
Team building capabilities
Strong leadership qualities
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and trainable in "database" programs)
Strong knowledge of process equipment
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Public speaking
