Certs: Level II PT/MT/UTT

Hours: 7/12’s

Prerequisites are as follows:
•PT/MT/UTT certifications or a combination of at least PT+ MT/UTT (PT is mandatory)
•ARSC Basic Orientation Safety Training (We can provide if you do not have)
•Current Drug Screening (DISA)
•Current Background Check
•Current TWIC Card
•Basic PPE- Full Body Harness, H2s Monitor, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steal Toe Boots, etc. (we can provide monitors, hard hats, glasses and gloves)
•Valid Driver’s License
•Full Time Employees, Full Time Contractors or Part Time Contractors who have valid certifications with Mistras is a huge plus
•We will accept contractors who have not certified with Mistras but will have to obviously qualify with us and prior to that, furnish the following information:
- Documented Training and Experience (OJT) Minimum Hours: MT-400hrs / PT-270hrs / UTT-100hrs
- Documented Class Room Time for each method (must be in the form of a certificate of completion)
- Current or Previous Certifications in the method
- Must Pass a visual acuity examination (eye test)
