The Opportunity
The Business Development Manager role is principally focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing new client relationships and initiating service relationships for Acuren US and RAT US (hereafter "Acuren US"). Key activities include:

• Understand both existing and potential additions to Acuren US service capabilities.
• Systematically identify potential clients for Acuren US and initiate discussions with potential clients.
• Review and update Acuren US’s client relationship management database based on the results of sales efforts. Maintain a listing of key and target accounts.
• Coordinate the initiation of the service requirement with the local Acuren US office.
• Track client service relationships and follow up with client contacts to assess Acuren US performance and identify ways to expand the relationship.
• Identify and internally promote new inspection technologies and potential service lines
The Candidate will be/will have:
• An undergraduate degree, preferably technically oriented, from a highly regarded university with strong academic performance.
• Experience in consultative selling and relationship management with clients
• A team player, confident and humble, able to engage with both corporate, regional management and technical personnel.
• An impressive track record of business and market development and new service offerings through greater technical differentiation and margin advantages.
• Capable of transforming the business model and customer relationship from a commodity service to a value-added supplier/partnership
• Intelligent; financially and business savvy
• Articulate and direct communicator with the utmost integrity
• Intense, self-sufficient and a self-starter; very committed with a great work ethic
• Capacity, flexibility and aspiration to contribute more broadly within Rockwood Service Corp.
