Screw Machine Technician – multi spindle screw machining, maintenance, rebuild

We are searching for a first shift screw machine technician. The focus of this position is to troubleshoot and repair. Our client will consider candidates with Acme, New Britain, Wickman, Conematic, Davenport, Index, Schuttte, Gildemeister, Tornos or Euroturn multiple spindle screw machine experience. This position involves replacing spindles, bearings, clutches, bushings, motors, slides and machine ware parts. Candidates who have rebuilt multi-spindle screw machines are preferred. Knowledge of repairing or rebuilding screw machining attachments is a plus. The screw machine technician will work with vendors to order parts. Strong troubleshooting and ability to diagnose screw machine downtime issues is needed.

MUST HAVE: 5 plus years of experience repairing or rebuilding multiple spindle automatic screw machines.
