This position is more of an HR Generalist opportunity with a heavy admin function.

In this position, you will spend 7 consecutive days on the slope working 12 hours a day, have a week off and then spend two 40 hour weeks in the Anchorage Office. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision.

The slope part of this requires someone who has an engaging personality dealing with blue collar HR issues. Much of what you will be doing is intake of Employee concerns to be dealt with by the leadership. How you conduct the intake is of great importance to our client.

The slope is a cold harsh environment and visiting crews outside happens on occasion. The summers are best described as buggy. The hotel you would live in (while on the slope) is very nice and the food is excellent.
This is a very HR Program heavy office with a ton of tracking and research. Computer skills are paramount to being effective and you must be able to organize a large fast moving data set.
