Process Engineer – tool grinding, cutting tools, process development

We are searching for a Process Engineer with direct experience developing processes for cutting tool manufacturing operations. Knowledge of tool making equipment and tool cuter grinding machine tools is a must. Candidates will need experience processing tool room equipment producing metal cutting tools for lathes, mills, chuckers, transfer machines, screw machines and metal working machine tools. Our client will consider either degreed candidates or individuals who have come up through the ranks as a tool maker and gained process development experience. The Process Engineer will take a leadership role in guiding and training others. Hands on experience is preferred. Knowledge of CAD software and fixture design is also preferred.

MUST HAVE: 5 years plus of processing tool room equipment and tool cutter grinding machine tools. Interested candidates should have experience on Cincinnati, Schutte, Walters, Star, Utma, Ko Lee, Norton and/or other brands on manual or CNC tool cutter grinding machines.
