Job Title: NDT Level II

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the IUT Lab Operations Supervisor / NDT Level
III, you will be responsible for assisting the IUT
department to perform calibration and operations of the
Immersion Ultrasonic Testing specific equipment.
Applicant must be able to effectively multitask and work
independently in a fast-paced industry. No travel is
required and work is performed in a comfortable and climate
regulated lab environment. Other duties include to:
• Interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection
and document.
• Provide necessary guidance and/or supervision to
trainees and Level I personnel in the technique/method they
are certified.
• Work from manufacturers’ specifications and
instructions.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Non-Destructive Testing Technology (AAS) would be an
asset
• 80 hours of UT training
• Minimum of 1600 OJT hours and or 5 years experience
• Prior certification as a Level II in ultrasonic’s
• Immersion Ultrasonic experience a plus
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office, Automated
Scan equipment
• Flexible availability as shifts on rotation
including weekends (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am)
