HTS Advanced Solutions is seeking an outside sales
professional for the NDT division. The successful candidate
will need to exhibit strong selling and technical skills and
be able to work independently as well as within a team
environment to develop leads and business in the NDT
Inspection market.

• Reporting directly to the President, develop the NDT
rental & integrated solutions business through networking,
direct sales and product development
• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
in line with growth strategy
• Recommend and attend trade shows, industry forums
meetings and exhibitions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing on a local, regional
and national basis
• Utilize CRM to effectively cultivate and track leads
– producing sales activity reports and forecast on a timely
basis
Skills:
Candidate should demonstrate
• High initiative, high sales energy and industrial
experience
• Knowledge and experience selling NDT
Instrumentation
or Technology to industry
• Bachelor’s degree Engineering or equivalent
experience
in a related field
• Knowledge and experience in the industrial
marketplace
• Microsoft Office competency
• Good planning, communication skills both verbal and
written
• Must be willing to travel throughout the region (60-
70% Travel)
