We are seeking candidates that are willing to make a minimum 1-2 year commitment. These are FULLTIME positions with benefits. We are not seeking short term contractors. Employees are responsible for travel costs to and from Anchorage or Fairbanks, AK if they do not reside there.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must present required training and qualification evidence during interview process.
• Must achieve the minimum required NDE certification for the position applied (if applicable) prior to hire.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Background check (as required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling (open to working nights or days)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to routinely work overtime
• Must adhere to all Mistras Health and Safety requirements
• Must be adaptable with regards to changes in work environment, travel, and weather
• Rope access certification (if applicable)
• Be able to successfully complete required North Slope training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to routinely lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to tolerate working in extreme climates (sub zero temperatures) for extended periods of time
• Must be able to tolerate numerous hours spent stooping, crawling, kneeling, standing and walking
• Must be comfortable working in cramped or confined spaces
• Must wear required protective and safety equipment (cold weather gear, safety glasses, hard hats, etc.)
