Creative Human Resources Concepts, LLC (CHRC) is currently recruiting for a direct hire position for a client located in California within the Oil & Gas industry. This is a full –time position, candidate must be living in the area or willing to relocate.

NDT – Level III / Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Support the Company Leadership (QA/QC department) by providing effective Leadership and Management of business operations, inspection services to NDT clients and administration and training of NDT personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Department and Program oversight and Management
• Develop Budgets, Training, and Leadership on Projects
• Provide initial and refresher training for existing technicians.
• Conduct technical orientation sessions and on-the-job training for technicians and new hires.
• Perform General Management responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as required.
Skills:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiar with practices, concepts, and procedures related to the oil, pipeline, chemical, and associated industries.
• Previously certified in RT, UT, MT, PT, VT, ET. NDT Level III’s required.
• RSO experience helpful
• Inter-acts and works well with others (a team player).
• Has good computer (MS Office) and communication skills.
• Maintains a positive outlook even under stressful situations.
• Previous program management experience / training/ team leadership on projects

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
• At least 5 years field experience in RT or UT Shear-wave as a lead technician level III required
• IRRSP or equivalent required
• ASNT Level III in one or more disciplines required.

SHIFT/HOURS Possible travel up to 10% of time.
