Creative Human Resources Concepts, LLC (CHRC) is currently recruiting for a direct hire position for a client located in California within the Oil & Gas industry. This is a full time position, candidate must be living in the area or willing to relocate.
NDT Level III / Program Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Support the Company Leadership (QA/QC department) by providing effective Leadership and Management of business operations, inspection services to NDT clients and administration and training of NDT personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Department and Program oversight and Management
Develop Budgets, Training, and Leadership on Projects
Provide initial and refresher training for existing technicians.
Conduct technical orientation sessions and on-the-job training for technicians and new hires.
Perform General Management responsibilities.
Perform other duties as required.

Skills:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
At least 10 years of experience in the field.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Familiar with practices, concepts, and procedures related to the oil, pipeline, chemical, and associated industries.
Previously certified in RT, UT, MT, PT, VT, ET. NDT Level IIIs required.
RSO experience helpful
Inter-acts and works well with others (a team player).
Has good computer (MS Office) and communication skills.
Maintains a positive outlook even under stressful situations.
Previous program management experience / training/ team leadership on projects
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
At least 5 years field experience in RT or UT Shear-wave as a lead technician level III required
IRRSP or equivalent required
ASNT Level III in one or more disciplines required.
Any job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, criminal and FBI background checks. NO FELONIES. Must have a clean and provide a DMV record. All qualified candidates for this position must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
SHIFT/HOURS Possible travel up to 10% of time.
PAY RATE: TBD Depending On Experience
