POSITION SUMMARY: International Inspection Inc. has an
Assistant Radiographer position available located in Santa
Fe Springs, CA. As the assistant you would aid the Level
II technician with Radiography while gaining experience and
knowledge in all methods of NDT. Our ultimate goal is to
train all entry level personnel to become Level II certified
in multiple NDT Methods by taking level II exams after on
the job hour requirements are met.

Written acceptance of an offer for employment by
International Inspection, Inc. authorizes the company to
perform criminal background and driving record
investigations. The offer of employment is contingent upon
the results of criminal background and driving record
investigations. Results of such investigations need to meet
the requirements for access authorization as established by
RAPIDgate, Transportation Workers Identification Card
(TWIC), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and State
regulations. Upon successful background check/driving record
investigation results then the official employment start
date will be determined.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
NDT Technicians may work in confined spaces or be subject to
heights. Must be comfortable in all working situations. Must
be comfortable working in areas around machinery with
extreme noise levels. Must be able to wear safety equipment
as required by the safety department for personal
protection. May be at more than one job site in a day and
must be able to tolerate climate changes. May be required to
travel out of town on a periodic basis.

certified to Levels I, II, or III in accordance with SNT-TC-
1A of the American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).
International inspection has ASNT-certified Level III
personnel on staff for job evaluation and project
management.

Skills:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Preferred individuals should possess a current IRRSP or
State Card
Preferred Individuals will possess documented classroom
training hours in: RT from an accredited NDT school (NAS 410
is acceptable).This person must also be able to work in
confined spaces and heights.
Individual must have basic computer skills including MSWord
and Excel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Each candidate must be able to provide proof of:
IRRSP or State card
High School Diploma, GED, or College Certification
ASNT/SNT-TC-1A OR NAS 410 Documented training
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) preferred
but not required

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
NDT Technicians must be able to lift up to 50lbs of gear and
materials, must be able to be on your feet for long periods
of time. Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other
communication capabilities, with or without reasonable
accommodation, which permits the employee to communicate
effectively. Sufficient vision or other powers of
observation, with or without reasonable accommodations,
which permits the employee to investigate. Sufficient manual
dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which
permits the employee to perform routine duties. Sufficient
personal mobility to maneuver within an industrial
environment to include the ability to gain access to
elevated platforms via narrow ladders and stairwells.
