Mountain Regional Tank Inspection Manager is responsible for managing the overall tank inspections process covering several different offices in several states as listed but not limited: Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Dakota’s.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

• Ensure consistency and uniformity throughout all Mountain Regional Tank Mistras offices conducting Tank inspection by utilizing standardized procedures, equipment, training and reporting tools.
• Ensure all offices are creating uniform reports using Mistras Tank Reporter software
• Assist in the development in the latest version of Mistras Tank Reporter Software.
• Assisting in training and educating of all employees involved with Tank inspection.
• Conduct job site visits to audit performance and quality of Tank Inspection Services.
• Assist in the growth of tank inspection services to assisted offices.
• Expand advanced services market in relation to tank inspection
• Prepare sales quotes for tank inspection projects.
• Audit final inspection reports
• Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive behavior that encourages customer confidence and reflects the professional image desired by Mistras.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• API 653 Certification required, NDE Level II/other API certifications a plus
• Proficient with computers, Word, Excel, AutoCAD LT and Outlook
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, telephone and follow-up skills
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills with excellent judgment and problem resolution skills and ability.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Successfully pass drug test and back ground check.
• Computer Aided drawing experience is not required, however is desirable.
• Experience with Above Ground Storage Tanks, Refineries and Marketing Terminals is desirable.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships. Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Travel throughout the Mountain Region as needed

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
