Acuren Inspection is looking 4 Level II technicians for permanent employment to support our long term project in Alaska.
This project will involve phased array inspection of piping welds to ASME B31.3 and client specifications both in the fabrication shops and in the field on the North Slope of Alaska.
The schedule will be based on rotating personnel on a 3 week on/off schedule

Level II in UT, MT, PT (UT as a minimum however multiple methods preferred) & Phased Array Level II
• Minimum 10 years of shearwave required (API-QUTE preferred, not required)
• Minimum 2 years of Phased Array inspection
• Experience in performance of weld inspection to B31.3 and/or ASME Section VIII
• Tomoview trained & experience for analysis & reporting preferred
• TOFD training required

• Have a minimum of 10 years of NDT experience
• Have Advanced NDT experience in:
o a minimum of 5 years in AUT C-Scan experience and proficient with Wesdyne or Amdata AUT equipment, OR
o piping and road crossings. Must be able to pass the Shell Westhollow above ground piping test or Acuren's equivalent.
o a minimum of 2 years in Phased Array experience and proficient with the Olympus equipment, OR
o

• Must be able to be certified to ASNT TC-1A standards and complete Acuren NDT certification testing requirements.

Evident Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment
