MME Testing is a well-established company of 12 years
headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia and is a leader in the
market of highly specialized non-destructive testing and
inspection services. We are currently hiring for a
contract position in Pryor, Oklahoma for a six to eight
month duration.

MME Testing is located in the center of numerous unique
industries which provides our employees with a wide range
of experience.

We provide NDT and Laboratory inspection services in all
aspects of the oil and gas industries, including
exploration, transmission, refining, storage facilities,
and all oil related support industries. We also provide
inspection services to the aerospace and power plant
industries providing all major NDT disciplines. Our
sister company Certified Inspection Service, LLC provided
NDT for the Aviation arena as well.

POSITION PURPOSE: The main function of the CWI Inspector
with UT Shear Wave certification (or able to test to at
our office) is to inspect and insure that welds performed
on an HVAC Chilled Water System and or other equipment
are implemented as required in the contract
specifications. The Inspector is responsible for
overseeing the quality assurance/quality control on
behalf of MME Testing, LLC’s client. The inspector must
have significant knowledge of ASME codes and demonstrable
experience in a similar position.

by us once a potential candidate’s resume has been
reviewed and found to meet the requirements of the
project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Perform internal and external inspections to determine
if a weldment meets the acceptance criteria of a specific
code, standard or document.


* Properly interpret regulations, codes, and industry
standards.

* Use a computer to compile and submit daily reports and
inspection reports, as well as for inter-office
communication.

* Ensure that work is implemented as required in the
project specifications.

* Compile and submit completed inspection report in a
timely manner.

* Pay attention to detail and be capable of performing
visual inspections.

* Identify circumstances that necessitate the use of
proper safety procedures and equipment

* Learn and abide by contract policies and procedures

* Maintain a strong customer service focus

* Complete all required training, including tests, within
company guidelines


* Drive a vehicle safely in all conditions

* Be proficient with standard computer software (such as
MS Word and Excel) and be able to write detailed
inspection and shutdown reports while maintaining an
organized system of files.

* Maintain a positive relationship between MME Testing,
the facility, and the client.

* Maintain and promote a positive attitude towards Co-
workers and Customers.







KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and Work EXPERIENCE:



* Detail oriented with a dedication to the quality
control and quality assurance process; ability to
understand and read complex design and fabrication plans
and specifications.

* Ability to multi-task and properly execute multiple
simultaneous assignments without sacrificing efficiency
or quality of the work.

* Ability to communicate and cooperate with diverse
groups of people.

* Demonstrated verbal and written English language
communication skills as well as basic computer skills
(Outlook, Excel, and Word.

* Knowledge of arithmetic and algebra - Knowledge of
principles and processes for providing customer service.

* Inspection experience related to mechanical/rotating
equipment; power plant, pipe inspection; valves, pressure
vessels, motors, pumps.

* Previous experience or in depth familiarity with
witnessing hydrotests, material reviews, report
preparation, issuing of non-conformance reports.

* Certification as a UT Level II (Shear Wave) and be an
AWS CWI Inspector is required.

* Extensive knowledge of industry standards including
AWS, ASME, API (510 & 570) a MUST; working knowledge of
NDE methodologies also a plus.

* Two years experience in weld inspection related
activities (QC, NDT, etc.).

* Current Drivers License from state of residence

* Must be able pass frequent random drug screens

* Must be able to pass a seven year criminal background
check.

* Current CWI Certification; or satisfactory completion
of a Visual/Mechanical Inspection training course
approved by client (preferred).

* Documentation of work experience in visual inspection
of tanks, piping, pressure vessels, valves, and pumps;
and performing or witnessing and documenting pressure
testing activities (to include hydrostatic and pneumatic
tests) (preferred).

* Documentation of work experience in measurement or
other dimension verifications using precision measuring
equipment and recording results (preferred).

* Documentation of work experience in
inspection/verification of structural or flanged piping
bolt up, tensioning, and verification activities
(preferred).

* Must have the ability to meet company certification
standards.

* Must be able to travel out of town 100% or more of the
time (Contract).

* Must be able to work various shifts.

* Must be able to work at times at heights exceeding six
feet.

Evident Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment
