BGL Asset Services, LLC (BGL), located in central Michigan, is currently seeking full-time ASNT Qualified Level II and/or Level III NDT Technicians to enhance our current staff of cathodic protection field service professionals. Candidates should be ASNT qualified, as a minimum, in the following NDT Methods: Magnetic Particle Testing (MP), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LP), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), including Shear and Guided Wave (GW), and Visual Testing (VT). Qualification in additional ASNT Methods and their potential application to BGL's scope of services will be considered a plus when determining final compensation.
Candidates must also demonstrate a minimum of 3 years applicable field experience across the spectrum of previously stated methods. Experience in pipeline, refining, storage, and LNG and chemical processing sectors of the energy industry are preferred. Compensation package range is commensurate with experience, and certification level. A Level III NDT Technician will be required to prepare written company practices and protocols, as well as train other employees as needed.
Relocation to Central Michigan is preferred, however, not necessary if the candidate can demonstrate the ability to work from a remote location. Relocation assistance is available and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Candidates should have strong organization skills, excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be able to communicate, both verbally and using written skills in English, at a high proficiency. Candidates must be willing to travel consistently, be self-motivated, safety oriented, and will be expected to adhere to all company OQ, HR, Safety and employment policies.
