Tulsa Inspection Resources is currently recruiting and hiring for NDT Level II Technicians to support a large pipeline integrity client’s operations throughout the US.

- Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment

- Perform NDE (UT, MT) inspections as required by customer in accordance with customer / TIRNDE written procedures.

- Document all inspections on the appropriate NDE reports and review prior to submitting to TIR QA.

- Compare results with available ILI data and report findings.

- Organize and report test results

- Maintain close working relationship with construction crews and field personnel.

- Perform pipe to soil readings, soil resistivity, MIC test, coating inspections as required by customer.

- Provide training oversight for level I technicians.

- Maintain continual communication with client representative (chief inspector, site inspector, integrity engineers)

- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe and professional manner. Adhere to and enforce TIR safety policies.

- Perform other job duties and related tasks as assigned by management.

Skills:
Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum ASNT Level II certification in UT and MT,
preferred PAUT, Laser Scanner, AUT, PMI.

- Minimum of 2 years Pipeline Integrity experience, (5
years of experience recommended).

- Working knowledge of pipeline welding and nondestructive testing procedures and specifications, including API 1104.

- Working knowledge of station, facility and plant
nondestructive testing procedures and specifications as applicable under ASME Section IX Welding codes.

- Decision making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task on
competing and deadline sensitive priorities.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Evident Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment
