Job description: Being part of the management team you drive sales and profitability through formulating and implementing targeted policies and programs. You develop market plans - including KPIs - and monitor achievement of commercial and financial objectives. Pioneering new markets, you translate industry trends, work closely with specialists to develop new value added services and establish key contacts and contracts. You team up with Marketing to develop market propositions and tools to penetrate markets effectively and ensure maximum fit with local requirements. With passion for excellence you manage client expectations and drive effectiveness in all processes to ensure project services are delivered on schedule, and meet quality standards and cost objectives. Moreover, you provide solutions in case of issues and ensure client satisfaction. You lead and guide the European Sales team as well as the network of agents across the globe. Inspiring people to stretch their skills and keeping the spirit high even in stressful conditions. As a change agent you review performance, maximize knowledge transfer across markets and align the business processes to meet the needs of the marketplace. You bridge cultural differences easily, while your actions reinforce company reputation of excellence.

Skills:
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, added sales training is an asset
• 7 - 10 years of demonstrated success in international sales & marketing, including managing and growing direct and indirect networks
• Understanding of specialized project services (e.g. engineering & construction, inspection, maintenance) and/or the process industry; experience with NDT and inspection regimes / Oil & Gas (Offshore) is preferred
• Change agent with a global mindset and strategic thinking
• Demonstrate market intelligence, sensitivity to client needs and creativity in finding solutions
• Cultural awareness, business judgment and demonstrated leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
• Analytical and financial skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Empower teams to ensure agreed objectives are met
• Fluent English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively (estimate 40%)
