Galvanized welds can be now reliably tested with the latest attachment poles for the DEUTROPULS Hand Yoke from KARL DEUTSCH.
The new attachment poles for magnetic particle inspection on galvanized welds have been a joint development and cooperation between the Welding Training and Research Institute (Duisburg / Germany) and KARL DEUTSCH. These attachment poles assure a reliable magnetic particle testing in combination with a DEUTROPULS Hand Yoke on galvanised workpieces.
The newly developed and geometrically optimized attachment poles for the proven DEUTROPULS Hand Yoke reaches a field strength of more than 4 kA/m (40 A/cm). Thus, magnetic particle inspection on galvanized welds is now possible.
