that Mr. Jim Treat has agreed to join the Company's Advisory Board.
An industry legend in the management and operation of successful NDT
businesses, Mr. Treat's strong leadership and managerial skills have been

high growth phases for decades. Included in his long line of business ventures,
Mr. Treat was the founder of Longview Inspection, Inc., a predecessor of
