PSI Acquires Hi-Tech Testing

Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) is pleased to announce the acquisition
of the Hi-Tech Testing family of companies. Hi-Tech Testing is a full-service
nondestructive testing, inspection and consulting organization with specialized
data collection equipment and reporting capabilities. This acquisition closed
and is effective on October 18, 2012.

Founded in 1996, Hi-Tech Testing employs more than 300 personnel and has
annual revenue of approximately $55 million. Headquartered in Longview, TX,
Hi-Tech has branch operations in Deer Park, TX; Corpus Christi, TX; Vernal, UT;
and Seiling, OK. Hi-Tech also has project offices in North Dakota and Ohio.
Industries currently served by Hi-Tech are: oil and gas pipeline, petrochemical,
pulp & paper, railcar, utility, manufacturing, oilfield service and process.

No management or personnel changes are expected as a result of this
acquisition. Jamie Davis will continue as President/CEO of Hi-Tech Testing and
will join PSI’s Executive Management Team. "Hi-Tech is excited and confident
