fluorescence analyzer, the DELTA Professional with X-act Count technology.
Coupled with a 40kV tube and Silicon Drift Detector (SDD), the DELTA
Professional is the best value solution from Olympus for handheld XRF analyzers.
It provides superior performance in speed, LODs, and elemental range. The
DELTA Professional is housed in an industrial-designed body, ruggedized to
demanding environments. It provides the best mix of durability and analytical

The new DELTA Professional performance enhancements are especially
significant for traditionally difficult applications for handheld XRF - light
elements and alloys. Rapid analysis of magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), silicon

DELTA Professional's X-act Count technology with a 40kV rhodium (Rh)-anode
