Ashtead Technology Has Been Acquired by Pine Environmental

Ashtead Technology has announced that their North American
Instrument Division has been acquired by Pine Environmental Services LLC.
Ashead's press release states that "This should come as exciting news to our
customers as this now means you will have access to an even larger inventory of
products with an extensively expanded footprint of branch locations; as well as a
greater pool of services, experience and support."
"At the onset we will continue to do business as Ashtead Technology until we are
incorporated into the Pine network. All contact information and phone numbers
will also remain unchanged during this transition period."
"While the two organizations align from a logistics and business perspective, be
assured that you will receive the same high level of customer service, support
and top quality equipment that you have always come to expect. As
developments occur we will keep you informed of any changes such as new
office locations, expanded services and new product offerings."
