SGS Acquires MSI Testing & Engineering

SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of MSi Testing & Engineering Inc.,
(MSi), based in Melrose Park, Illinois.
MSi is a leading laboratory in the fields of Metallurgical Testing and Failure
Analysis. It participates in any stage of the manufacturing process, validating raw
materials, solving production related problems, assessing finished and semi
finished goods, or analyzing product failures as well as providing high end
metallurgical engineering services. Founded in 1985 and privately owned, MSi
employs 43 highly skilled staff . MSi generated 2012 revenue in excess of US$ 7
million.
