Sam Na with the James Instruments Award at the 2013 ACI spring convention
held in Minneapolis,MN. Mr. Sam Na from the Korea Advanced Institute of
Science and Technology (KAIST) was selected by a committee of 228 members
for his paper "A Technique for Improving the Damage Detection Ability of
Electro-Mechanical Impedence Method on Concrete Structure".
