QC for the Alyeska Pipeline Strategic Reconfiguration Project, at Pump Station PS/03performed visual inspection of all welding and bolting and insulating on piping, structural steel and mechanical,all so witnessed setting of pumps ,motors and turbine generators.
Responsible for all documentation for turnover to FCO.
01-03 To 06-05 National Engineering Resources
Performed work for Vincennes Steel Corp. as a QC supervisor on three bridge projects. Responsible for educating welders, welder qualification tests, writing and reviewing PQR, WPS, Visual, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Inspections, writing reports, NCR’s, RFI’s, taking blast profiles, coating inspection, putt together documentation packages on three different bridge jobs.
Performed work for Modern Piping, Inc. at Protein Design Laboratories a Cancer drug manufacturer in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Responsible for visual inspection of orbital welds ID and OD of the high purity piping systems using two types of fiber optic scopes.
Performed work for Stack Bros., Inc. at Murphy Oil Corporation located at Superior, Wisconsin as their site QC Manager.
Project new construction of a green gas desulferisation unit. Duties and responsibilities, qualifying welders, weld tracking, weld mapping, updating ISO's, visual weld inspection, assembled HYDRO test packages, scheduling NDT, reviewing reports, assembling final project documentation packages to be turned over to the customer.

6/02-10/02 Tomac NDT Services, Inc.
Performed Visual and Magnetic Particle inspection on the Geysers Recharge Project, a 48" diameter pipeline running from Santa Rosa Ca. to the Geysers.
Responsible for documentation, scheduling RT crew, assisting CH2M HILLS inspectors, welder qualifications, welder safety, welding electrode control, interpretation and execution of all applicable codes and specifications.
12/01-03/02 National Engineering Resources (Cherne Contractors)
Performed Work For Cherne Contractors, Inc. at Ultramar Refinery, Martinez, Ca. Projects #4 Gas, #3 Crude & Pipe trench relocation projects. Responsible for Visual inspection on piping systems, scheduling NDE contractor on night shift, witnessing Hydro's, certifying welders, electrode control, updating ISOs, auditing records & general record keeping.

Certifications held Level II in MT, PT, UT shear wave, AWS QC1 Certificate number 91060043. Responsibilities: training & education of new employees, bidding jobs, calibration of equipment, scheduling work with customers.
Projects worked on:
Cowlitz Falls Project Hydro electric dam responsible for inspection of structural steel, documentation, scheduling various RT inspections, performed MT, PT, UT, on penstock, Radial and sluice gates and other miscellaneous piping.
OXY-CHEM PSM Program assisted a 653, 570, 510 inspector. Performed visual and NDT inspections on in-service piping, pressure vessels and
Above ground storage tanks, updating P & IDs, sketching ISOs.
Everett Home Port, Exchange Commissary and Hobby shop, performed visual, MT and UT in the field.
Centralia Power coal fired generation plant, performed visual, MT, PT and UT on installation of a heat exchanger and piping. Responsible for final documentation package, Welder qualifications, witnessed Hydros, scheduled RT crews.
Olympic Pipeline, Co. ultrasonically inspected 20" & 24" diameter pipelines.
Looking for internal corrosion, and then taking thickness readings to determine wall loss. Reinforcement bands were then installed. Performed UT shear wave on longitudinal full pens and MT on circumferential fillet welds on about 175 different locations on about 150 miles of pipeline.
Container crane modifications at the Port of Tacoma. Responsible for visual, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic inspection of welds on boom and leg extensions and modifications.
Performed visual, ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection on fire ladder trucks also on truck aerial lifts for the City of Seattle.
