Quality Control
·Responsible for performing all quality inspections. Responsible for non-conformance reports and assures that manufactured units meet quality specifications, procedures and customer requirements. Implements corrective action and preventive measures to ensure quality practices are in place and in practice in the manufacturing processes. Verifies specialized testing results.
·Visual inspection and slot measuring-recording by using the computerized camera
·Responsible for the correct set up, recording, and reporting of screen slot Measuring
·Performing the standard test method for Vickers Hardness of Metallic Materials
·Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards
·Perform varying levels of shop mathematics associated with machining operations, and perform inspection procedures to verify work

Offshore Inspection
·Underwater inspection, visual testing method, utilizes closed circuit television and still camera equipment for data collection and verification
·Ultrasonic testing to gather thickness readings on pipelines, platforms, vessels, and marine structures
·Monitor the efficiency of the cathodic protection and coating systems installed on the marine structures.
·Engage in oil/gas fields Inspection Constructions, and Maintenances in Gulf of Suez, Persian Gulf and Mediterranean Sea in Egypt, United Arab Emirate and Kuwait
