• Review, Maintenance & follow-up of Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification and Welding Procedure Specification for similar and dissimilar metals with single or multiple welding processes in accordance with ASME Sec IX, API 1104 & AWS D1.1 and full inspection / co-ordination for qualifying the test specimens with regard to PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) WPQT (Welder Performance Qualification Test) and PWQT (Production Weld Qualification Test) and various types of MOCK-UP tests as per the approved specification based on international codes & standards.

Painting Inspection
• Experienced with Painting inspection in Various projects. Above ground, underground (Buried) and Insulation. Familiar with International standards and specification and always used for approved specification
• Before start up the job every day tool box meeting will be conducted, Safety regulations all ways implemented and followed.
• Blasting and Painting equipment conditions are monitored and Painting instruments working condition and calibration date keep in updating, Maintained relevant documents in quality manner at all times.
• Before blasting and Painting environmental conditions were checked and verified and recorded, (Surface temperature, Air temperature ,Dew point and RH % )
• Paint materials inward inspection carried out according to manufacture recommendation data sheets/Client specification. and storing materials paints and thinners in manufacturer recommendation conditions.
• Abrasive materials conditions verified. free from dust and other condaminations,Paint materials shelf life and storage condition ,manufacturer batch no with correct data sheets verified before painting.
• Before blasting surface conditions were checked, after blasting surface preparation cleanness were checked according client requirements with international standard specifications ISO 8501,ISO 8502,ISO8503, BS 7079 and SS 05 59 00
• Surface profile checked after blasting with relevant standard with Testex tape or comparator, Salt contamination test contacted and witnessed (Chloride test)as per standard ISO 8502 -9 Bristle method.
• Blasters and painters qualifications updated and preparing records up to date. Every Blaster and painters workmanship keeps on maintained.
• Paint materials shelf life verified and every receiving material, Paints mixing ratio and pot life verified, Before paint application paint system verified according to client requirements
• During the Painting application Wet film thickness checked with comb gauge and control the quality of the job. Time intervals between coats checked and followed by manufacturer recommendation/Specifications. After cured the paints visual inspection/ DFT inspection carried out according to clients specification and SSPC PA 2.
• Adhesion test will be conducted and tested with requirement specification ASTM D3359,ASTM D4541 and BSEN 24624.
• Holiday test conducted as per client specification and standard ASTM D5162 / NACE standard.
• Concern the quality of works, any deviation occurs raised the Non conformance/Corrective action and maintained register, Finally all Paint reports and documents prepared to submit for client approval
NDT (Non Destructive Testing)
•Experienced in various Non destructive inspection techniques in accordance with ASME Sec V like Visual inspection, Ultrasonic inspection, Radiographic inspection, Radiographic film interpretation Dye Penetrant inspection, Magnetic Particle inspection, Pressure test with Air,water,Oil,Nitrogen,Helium, etc., as test medium. • QAFAC Mesaied Qatar. Deputed as client plant inspector Carried out visual inspection, dye penetrant test, UT Thickness survey, review of RT films, witness hydro tests for heat exchangers at Methanol and MTBE, Visual inspection of sea water return and supply pipe lines and witness of box up. Witnessed reformer tubes creep gauge measurement and creep bonding for flanges.Corrossion survey was carried out on storage tanks and spheres and pipe lines.
