Training: T. H. Harris Vocational and Technical School, Opelousas, LA 1988 -1989; Certified in the following methods of NDT: UT (Shear Wave Flaw Detection), MT, PT, and RT. Graduated with certification in accordance to ASNT-TC-1A.

* T.H. Hill Associates, Inc., Houston, TX. Sr. QA/QC Inspector, (December 2008 to Present). Monitor the required NDE methods of NDT to insure integrity of offshore deepwater drilling tools for various vendors and customers. Verify Material Certifications, prepare release documentation, perform and prepare damage evaluation reports. Level II Visual, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic (Compression), and Dye Penetrant Inspection of threaded connections for offshore and land-based drilling. Proficient in the use of computer equipment and Microsoft Excel and Word programs. Traveled extensively to meet employer and customer requirements. Worked in remote areas with little or no direct supervision. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide leadership and direction to lower level employees. Establishes and maintains effective customer relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel. Contributes to and supports the completion of major organization activity. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. * Industrial NDT, Inc., Shreveport, LA, Level II NDE Inspector, (1993 to 1994). Insure top quality materials and components for Paper Mill use. Perform all required inspection testing methods as per customer requirements. Complete customer satisfaction and job performance criteria were achieved. Visual inspection of threaded connections and completed weldments. Visual, Wet and Dry Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic (Compression Wave) and Dye Penetrant Inspection of required areas of interest.
* Contracted Inspector, Lafayette, LA, Level II NDE Inspector, (1989 thru 1993). Performed MT, PT, UT, RT, and VT on pressure vessels containing welds. Performed UT, VT, PT, MT, and RT on pressure containing welds on power piping in oil producing refineries, Erosion / Corrosion of production piping for onshore and offshore facilities using Ultrasonic and Radiographic testing techniques. Supervised and monitored progress of inspection and evaluated inspection results for rejection or acceptance to quality assurance standards and applicable codes (ASME, API). Traveled extensively to meet employer and customer requirements. Worked in remote areas with little or no direct supervision.
* Level II NDE Inspector. Traveled throughout the United States to perform NDE inspection refinery facilities. Working knowledge in Refineries, Paper Mills, Nuclear Facilities, and Chemical Plants. Performed all testing methods to customer specifications. Developed a good working relationship with employers and customers.
Education:
* March 2, 2003 – Completed course and passed certification test for a Louisiana Private Investigator’s License. The 40-hour course was conducted by Mr. Lasson LeGros, an instructor with the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners (LSBPIE). The course covered rules, regulations, and surveillance techniques, locating witnesses or missing persons, interviews and statements, court records research, courtroom testimony, standard practices, etc.
