Experience
Relevant Experience
My inspection experience consists of primarily working in refineries as QC inspector, and on some projects, QC Manager overseeing several inspectors. These jobs consisted of re-tubing heaters, repairing ASME code vessels, repairing boilers, and replacing pipe.
These duties include: weld mapping, coordinating NDE and PWHT, qualifying welders, visually inspecting welds, film interpretation, seeing that code and client specs are met, and compiling a QC Data Package of the completed project on CD.
I have also worked as QC in ASME Code vessel shops, and as a third party inspector in shops and on turnarounds, and done pipeline inspection and
inspection on compressor station construction.
Other Experience
My earlier years were spent as a welder and fitter, in shops, oilfield, offshore, construction, and welding instructor.
