A Diploma Mechanical Engineer with ASNT Level-2 in RT, UT, MPT &PT having steady-state experience in construction activities / projects/Shop floor (Static Equipments as well as Piping &Structural) since 1989.

DETAILS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
Presently (September 2007 onwards) working with SNAMPROGETTI EPCC (Eni Group) in Abu Dhabi as Mechanical completion supervisor, for their reputed Ruwais project in Ruwais Near Abu Dhabi. (NGL Gas Plant) for GASCO.Taking care of Mechanical completion & involving pre-commissioning activities as per the planned commissioning schedule of Subsystem & System wise to completing the work. Preparation mechanical completion package & Commissioning Dossier hand over to End-user. Involved in preparation and closing of Punch list items and maintaining its records & certification documents with company database as PCOS (Project completion system) & SICON.
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring all aspects of Mechanical Completion work and reporting to System Completion Manager. Co ordinate with PMC-PMT and internal personnel for site walk down. Prepare & Receive original punch list from discipline Dept head and record them on the punch list record logbook. Assure that the punch lists are entered onto the Mechanical Completion Database; Supply a work printout of the punch list to the discipline Supervisor / subcontractor on request.
Take punch list from file for responsible signature when the job on the field is completed. Maintain updated progress of closed punch list item.
July.2006 to July 2007: Worked as Site Engineer Piping with Consolidated Contractor International company at KGP project (NGL train) for ARAMCO in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for site piping fabrication & erection activities. Prior to my deployment to site, I was located at the piping Fabshop to oversee the spool fabrication and to solve engineering problems at source & Coordinate with client Bechtel technip JV.
