Personal Profile A well seasoned, highly motivated QA/QC Manager with 25 years of progressive experience and continued education. Hands on knowledge of Welding, NDT, pipework, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, valves, quality, compliance and commissioning, Industrial experience in power generation both fossil fuel and nuclear, Oil and gas, pipe laying, Paper mills, Chemical plants, Breweries, semi conductor and Pharmaceutical plants.

Latest Role Jan 2007 to Oct 2009. QA/QC & Audit Manager reporting to the General Site Manager. My duties are to support project management achieve:
• Immediate non bureaucratic clarification of onsite issues with the client, contractors and local authorities.
• Pro active audits with the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical sub contractors, participate in Siemens internal audits.
• Compliance with the Technical (mainly ASME B31.1 and Indian Standards), Contractual and HSE standards.
• A good reputation and working relationship with the client, the Indian Boiler Regulator, Indian Government licensing authorities, Baba Atomic Research Centre(Radiography HSE), local metallurgy labs and NDT companies.
• Effective management of all Inspection, NDT and hydro test activities with third parties and sub contractors.
• Compilation of all site quality assurance documentation, including training and mentoring of site QA/QC staff.
• The usual technical and statistical reporting and resource planning using MS Office, Outlook and MS Project.
