DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inspection for all of equipment such as pressure vessel, exchanger, and column.
- Note the ‘finding’ following the examination scheme setup in Optimal specification.
- Carry-out inspection based on history and previous report.
- Mark and report rejectable defects such as crack (linear indication), pin hole (rounded indication), major mechanical damage for repair or replacement.
- Carry out NDT works on suspicious area.
- Prepare photo report, external and internal checklist for inspection of equipment, pressure vessel examination report.
-Carried out RWSS to replace part or rebuilt weldment at defect area as per Optimal specifications.
- Make sure all of equipment be in better condition after turnaround.
