 Engaged in preparation of detailed corrosion monitoring and inspection scheduling program(Risk Based Inspection) for the Diesel Hydrotreating Unit (Static Equipment) in HPCL Mumbai Refinery.
 Overall management of offsites pipeline inspection activities.
 Have worked in major shutdowns of various Refinery Units viz: FCCU, DHDS, CDU etc.
 Knowledge of ASTM standards by way of day-to-day referencing for Warehouse incoming material inspection and testing.
 Exposure to relevant ASME, API standards & OISD guidelines
 Hands on experience in various NDT activities such as Ultrasonic Testing (Thickness Measurement, Flaw Detection, LRUT), Radiograph Review, Tank Floor Scanning by Acoustic Emission, Vacuum Box Testing, Magnetic Flux Leakage and other inspection techniques such as Liquid Penetrant Testing etc.
 Technical Review of Tender Bids related to Inspection Equipement & Services, Material Procurement etc.
