magnetic particle, eddy current, harmonic bond, fiber optic borescope,
radiography and ultrasonic inspections on the following aircraft and their
support equipment:
Aircraft: F/A-18 (all models) including the Super hornet
In my last 2 years while stationed at NAS Lemoore, I have become the NDI
Program manager and directly supervised and trained 10 technicians. In the
short time I have been stationed here I have become the resident NDI expert
working regularly with multiple Level 3 Technicians.
Extensive hands on experience with the following equipment; USN-52
Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, PD-214 and Nortec 2000d+ Eddy Current Flaw
Detectors, ZA-28 Liquid Pen Line, H-710G Magnaflux Magnetic Particle Unit,
LPX-160 X-Ray Unit, Sonic Bondmaster, AMES Portable Hardness Tester,
Autosigma 3000 conductivity tester.

I have rebuilt and flown two advanced composite experimental aircraft (Long
EZ N77AG and Dragonfly N122BB) I am an avid pilot who flies frequently and I
have an understanding of aeronautics and mechanics far surpass my level of formal
education.
