Work Experience Summary:
• Started working as a NDT Technician in the year 2002. After qualifying ASNT NDT Level (II) in UT, PT, MT & RTFI, carried out NDT inspection of Welded fabrication, Castings, Forgings & Rolled products in India and Abroad (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & U.A.E.). Familiar with Krauitkramer USM 35 ultrasonic flaw detector.
•Performed Automatic Ultrasonic Testing of welds of spirally welded carbon steel pipes in Group Five Pipe Saudi, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. (SOFRATEST Offline Automatic Ultrasonic Weld Testing System, France)
•At present working as QC Inspector for SBM Offshore Systems through Sigma Specialized Inspection Company, Abu Dhabi, UAE in TALISMAN ENERGY M.O.P.U.STOR Project. Job responsibility includes Fit-up Check, Visual Inspection of Welds, Witness Welder Qualification Test. Monitor Nondestructive Inspection of Piping Spools & Structural Fabrication. Review Documentation. Familiar with API Standard 1104 and Structural Welding Code-Steel (AWS D1.1)
