Mud Motor Inspector/Cleaner

•Worked full-time as a mud motor inspector/cleaner. Cleaned motors by pressure washing and using Milwaukee grinders to prep inspection before using magnetic particle and liquid penetrate testing technology to check for cracks in oil-field parts.
•Experience in filling out proper paperwork for NDT protocol procedure. Labeling parts that were cracked, needed reworked, and parts that were re-run able.
•Worked as a forklift and pallet-jack operator
•Maintained and cleaned the machine shop, gaining knowledge of proper disposal of toxic waste

I have almost a year experience in magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant, as well as visual testing experience. I am extremely confident and comfortable performing those tests on motor parts. Only have class room training using UT, but have worked with the equipment and probes as far as setting up equipment, getting the right calibrations, and finding the specific cracks in welds. Very hard-working, determined, and do not mind getting dirty.
