Duties and Responsibility:
• Conduct daily calibration of Auto Line and Lamination testing every first T-Cross of the shift and calibration of lamination testing during the succeeding T-Cross as per standard.
• Check the accuracy and detect ability of equipment and if not, conduct re-calibration.
• Conduct regular checking of all knobs for possible loosening of probe holders nuts as well as manipulator parts. Checking of probe gaps and probe shoe and if worn-out replace if necessary.
• Monitoring of pipe quality counter checking regularly in case of any quality problems discrepancy and occurrence of injurious defect immediately ask mill stop or if necessary mill adjustment.
• Conduct M-UST as per our established standard and procedure. Conduct further M-UST of pipe as per x-ray request and checking the location of defect if requested by the welder.
• Conduct Coil inspection visual and dimensional prior to rolling. M-UST of coil top and bottom using 45˚ probes checking for scab line for laminar using normal probe.

• Shall visually inspect all pipe passing in each station of primary, re-check and final station. Strictly implementation of visual standards and rigorous inspection of pipes shall be applied at all times.
• Check inside and outside weld surface on the Spiral, Longitudinal weld seam and T-Cross weld.
• Check the inside and outside surface of the parent metal of pipes. Check pipe ends for inside bead removal and see to it that all scale and adhering flux are removed.
• Check workmanship n grinding and welding repair portion on inside and outside surface of spiral weld, longitudinal weld seam and parent metal.
• Conduct Visual and Dimensional Inspection on outside and inside welding as per API 5L 1E &2E. Checked roundness, straightness, squareness and check bevel root face.
• Conduct checking and recording of residual Stress Test pipe for the first production pipe of the shift in accordance to the specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with the 3rd party inspector review all the drawing and specification. Prepare and submit the daily inspection reports.

• As an OIC Supervisor on two deferent projects one in UNOCAL Phil’s. Geothermal Power Plant of Makban Laguna and Shell Malampaya Batangas Phil’s. were we conduct hot radiographic and hot ultrasonic testing of online pipes to verify the life of existing pipes were no previous records on inspection. Check and submit immediately the report, conduct daily site visit on the area were RT inspection group will conduct radiographic testing make sure that the parameter is free from the non inspection group and all warning devices are place visible to the person.
• As a Coordinators verify and checks the areas especially were Gamma Ray inspection is needed. Secure working permits of all the areas concerned, make sure that all area have barricades, warning devices and make sure the area is accessible to the operators. Report any problems during site visit and during testing.
• Performed as a 3rd party inspector. Verify and checked the welding procedure, drawing, welding consumables and welders qualification records. Witness welders qualification testing.
• Conduct Ultrasonic testing on pipes, tanks and structural steel using flaw detection and thickness gauging. Prior for test verify drawing and welding preparation.
• Assigned in Deferent Geothermal Power Plants in Visayas and Mindanao Phil’s. Preformed Radiographic testing on pipes, plates and tanks in various sizes. Performed film evaluation as per prevailing codes and standard.
• Performed Magnetic particle testing on pipes, tanks and structural steel.
• Preformed penetrant testing on pipes, plates and submit all reports at the end of the work.
